Job summary

Tipton - Martin Energy is seeking a General Laborer to support welding and fabrication operations in Tipton, MO. You will grind weld seams, assist with CNC plasma cutting, and operate basic shop equipment as directed by supervision.

The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team while following strict safety rules and PPE usage. Prior metal fabrication exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be in good physical shape and able to perform demanding tasks.
• Willing to follow safety standards and wear required PPE.
• Experience with metal fabrication or related work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate construction vehicles – Forklifts and Skid Steer.
• Use power and hand tools in daily welding/fabrication tasks.
• Assist with CNC plasma cutting machines and welding/grinding.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Complete safety checks on equipment and systems.
• Transport raw and finished material as needed.
