CWPM is seeking a General Laborer in New London, CT to clear work areas, load and unload materials, sort items, and assist skilled tradespeople to keep projects running efficiently and safely.

Qualifications

• Extreme tolerance for outdoor environments, including severe weather, dust, heavy machinery noise, and foul odors.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended shifts, with a regular requirement to lift 50 lbs or more unassisted.
• Strict adherence to site safety rules, including proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage.
