Job summary

CWPM LLC is hiring a General Laborer to support our field teams in Connecticut. You will clear work areas, load and unload materials, sort materials, and assist skilled tradespeople to keep projects running efficiently and safely.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, be able to lift 50 lbs or more, and demonstrate commitment to safety with proper PPE usage in outdoor, sometimes harsh environments.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in outdoor environments in varying weather conditions.
• Capability to lift 50 lbs or more unassisted and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to follow safety rules and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Clearing work areas, loading and unloading materials, sorting materials, and assisting skilled tradespeople to keep projects running efficiently and safely.
• Support crew with basic tasks and maintain a clean, organized site.
