Job summary

G3 Enterprises is actively seeking a warehouse/general labor worker in California to perform general duties in the shop or warehouse as assigned.

You will keep the work area neat, maintain equipment, and complete miscellaneous tasks while complying with safety, environmental, and quality standards. Attendance and reliability are important for success in this role. Compensation is based on the posted hourly range and varies with role and experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• One year experience in a maintenance or warehouse environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keeps the shop or warehouse area and all tools and equipment neat, clean, and in good repair.
• Cleans work area at the end of every work shift.
• Maintains security of all company equipment and tools and notifies the leader of any problems.
• Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned by Shop/Warehouse Leader.
• Follows environmental regulations and disposes of chemicals, trash, etc., in designated areas.
• Maintains satisfactory attendance, including timeliness.
• Understands and complies with quality, environmental and safety requirements.

Summary

Perform general labor duties and other miscellaneous duties in the warehouse or shop as assigned.

Essential Functions

This job description reflects management’s assignment of essential functions; it does not prescribe or restrict the tasks that may be assigned.

• Keeps the shop or warehouse area and all tools and equipment neat, clean, and in good repair.
• Cleans work area at the end of every work shift.
• Maintains security of all company equipment and tools at all times and notify the leader of any problems.
• Performs any miscellaneous duties requested by the Shop or Warehouse Leader which may include, but is not limited to, cleaning up around the shop or warehouse, dusting, detailing, picking up equipment or supplies, painting, transporting company mail, and filling in for an absent employee.
• Follows all environmental regulations; dispose of chemicals, trash, etc. in designated areas, recycles when required and notifies the Shop Leader immediately of any potential or current environmental problems.
• Maintains satisfactory attendance, to include timeliness.
• Responsible for understanding and complying with applicable quality, environmental and safety regulatory consideration

Compensation

Hiring Hourly Rate: $17.36 - $20.38
