Job summary

G3 Enterprises is seeking an Associate IT Project Manager to support IT and business systems projects from initiation to close. You will help ensure goals are met on time, within budget, and to stakeholder satisfaction.

The role emphasizes agile practices and cross-functional collaboration across IT and business units. The candidate will develop plans, coordinate resources, and maintain documentation while communicating progress and risks to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience as described in the job posting.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Solid project management skills including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management and communication.
  • Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong problem-solving to identify, track, and resolve issues and risks.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in management of the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Assist in documenting requirements, defining scope, and developing plans.
  • Support documentary deliverables: charters, plans, status reports, and related docs.
  • Help manage risks, issues, and changes; track and resolve them timely.
  • Assist in coordinating internal and external resources to meet deliverables.
  • Assist in project communications, status reporting, and stakeholder updates.
  • Facilitate project meetings including discovery, retrospectives, and kickoffs.
  • Use agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) to manage projects.

Summary

Assist with IT and business systems enhancement and development projects from initiation to completion. Responsible for assisting in ensuring project goals are met on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.

Essential Functions

  • Assist in the management of the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring that project goals are met on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring that project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
  • Assist in the identification and documentation of project requirements, defining project scope, and developing project plans.
  • Support the development and maintenance of project documentation, including project charters, project plans, status reports, and other project-related documents.
  • Support the management of project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring that they are identified, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the management of project resources, including internal and external resources, to ensure that project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
  • Assist in the management of project communications, including status reporting, stakeholder communication, and team communication.
  • Assist in and/or facilitate project meetings, including discovery and gap analysis, retrospectives, project kickoff, status meetings, and project closure meetings.
  • Use agile methodologies to manage projects, including Scrum, Kanban, and other agile methodologies.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, plus 3 years of Operations, Logistics, Business Analytics, Information Technology, and/or Project Management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree, plus 2 years of G3 Operations, Logistics, Business Analytics and/or Project Management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency and 7 years of Operations, Logistics, Business Analytics, and/or Project Management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency and 6 years of G3 Operations, Logistics, Business Analytics, and/or Project Management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Software at an intermediate level.
  • Strong project management skills, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and communication.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify, track, and resolve project issues and risks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of Operations, Logistics, Business Analytics and/or Project Management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Experience in a PMO environment.
  • PMP or Agile certification.
  • Understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and other agile methodologies.

Compensation

Hiring Salary Range: $37.21 - $46.54

Actual compensation amount paid may be lower or higher to be determined by factors other than race and gender such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
