We seek dependable individuals who can handle physically demanding work, wear PPE, and pass a background check. This assignment provides hands-on environmental services experience and weekly pay for the duration of the project.

Qualifications

• Experience in general labor, warehouse, sanitation, or recycling is helpful but not required.
• Able to perform physical, hands-on work including bending, lifting, standing, and sorting for extended periods.
• Willing to work outdoors or in warehouse environments and wear provided PPE.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to commit to the full assignment duration.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Sort through waste and recyclable materials by hand for audit and reporting purposes.
• Separate items into plastics, cardboard, organics, metals, and contamination.
• Assist with loading/unloading, cleaning, and organizing materials.

What You’ll Do

As part of a project team, you’ll help sort and categorize waste materials for audits, support cleanup and movement of debris, and follow safety procedures to ensure clean and efficient project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort through waste and recyclable materials by hand for audit and reporting purposes.
• Separate items into specific categories (e.g., plastics, cardboard, organics, metals, contamination).
• Assist with general labor tasks such as loading/unloading bins, cleaning work areas, and organizing materials.
• Use PPE (gloves, safety glasses, masks) and follow strict safety protocols throughout the assignment.
• Support site leads with any other project-related duties as assigned.
• Report any safety concerns or irregularities to supervisors immediately.
