Job summary

Augment is hiring General Laborers for short-term waste audit and related projects at our Fort Worth facility. These temporary roles offer fast, honest pay for hands-on workers ready to contribute to environmental reporting and site improvement.

You will sort waste, separate materials, load and clean work areas, and strictly follow safety protocols. A background check and drug screening are required; PPE is provided.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in general labor is helpful but not required.
• Physically capable of bending, lifting, standing, and sorting for extended periods.
• Willing to work outdoors or in a warehouse and wear PPE.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to complete the full assignment duration.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Sort waste and recyclables by hand for audit and reporting.

Augment Human Resource Services is seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers for upcoming waste audit and special project assignments at one of our partner waste and recycling facilities. These are temporary, project-based roles—ideal for individuals looking to earn fast, honest pay through short-term labor work.

You’ll assist with detailed waste sorting, material separation, and general site cleanup as part of environmental reporting and operational improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort through waste and recyclable materials by hand for audit and reporting purposes.
• Separate items into specific categories (e.g., plastics, cardboard, organics, metals, contamination).
• Assist with general labor tasks such as loading/unloading bins, cleaning work areas, and organizing materials.
• Use PPE (gloves, safety glasses, masks) and follow strict safety protocols throughout the assignment.
• Support site leads with any other project-related duties as assigned.
• Report any safety concerns or irregularities to supervisors immediately.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in general labor, warehouse, sanitation, or recycling is helpful—but not required.
