Job summary

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with manufacturing and production operations
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
• Operate basic production equipment and tools
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Support team members and supervisors with production tasks as needed

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical work for extended periods
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience is a plus
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required

Pay and Incentives

• Starting pay $17/hr.
• Production based incentive program that rewards employees for meeting shop performance goals
