Job summary

EBAA Iron, Inc. seeks an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our Albany-based manufacturing team. You will perform preventive maintenance on facility and production equipment, diagnose mechanical and electrical problems, and assist with installing and setting up new machinery.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and prior manufacturing maintenance experience. You will maintain repair logs, collaborate with production teams, and follow safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing maintenance preferred.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability.
• Basic electrical knowledge and ability to read schematics or diagrams.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, or welding is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and with a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment

Pay and Incentives

• Starting pay $17+/hr. depending on experience
