Job summary

Redeemers Group is seeking a General Laborer to join our team for on-site homeowner visits to install specialty repair products and improve living spaces.

No specific experience is required; we provide comprehensive training and tools so you can confidently perform your work while delivering a remarkable customer experience.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided on the job.
• Must be able to travel regionally (west TN, east AR, north MS) as needed.
• Must be able to walk, kneel and crawl; capable of lifting tasks while staying safe.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers' homes to safely install high-quality specialty repair products.
• Communicate with customers during the job to ensure a remarkable experience.
• Complete installations efficiently while maintaining safety standards and quality workmanship.
• Support travel to multiple regions as required by assignments.

• Ability to travel across west TN, east AR and north MS a few times per month ; all travel is planned out in advance
