Job summary

Redeemers Group, Inc. is seeking a Construction Foreman to lead a 3-person crew visiting customers’ homes across the region, installing high-quality specialty repair products safely and professionally.

Training and tools are provided; travel across west TN, east AR and north MS is expected a few times per month. Strong English communication and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills (speaking, reading and writing) in English.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Ability to walk, kneel and crawl with unrestricted lifting.
• Willingness to travel across west TN, east AR and north MS a few times per month.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 3-person crew to customers’ homes to install high-quality specialty repair products safely and professionally.
• Communicate with customers throughout the job to ensure a remarkable experience.
• Mentor and coordinate the team to complete jobs efficiently and safely.
• Provide/receive training and use provided tools to perform work.

Role: Construction Foreman

You’ll lead a team of 3 that goes to customers’ homes to safely install high‑quality specialty repair products. You’ll communicate with the customer throughout the job and ensure they have a remarkable experience. But that’s not all. You’ll also be impacting homeowner’s lives by solving the most serious issues with their home. No specific construction experience is necessary; we’ll provide you with all the training and tools you need to expertly and confidently do your work.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel across west TN, east AR and north MS a few times per month; all travel is planned out in advance.
