Job summary

Redeemers Group in Memphis, TN is seeking a Construction Foreman to lead a 3-person crew delivering high-quality specialty repair work at customers' homes. You will supervise on-site operations, ensure safety, and communicate with clients to provide a remarkable experience. Training, tools, and support are provided to help you excel.

The role is year-round and full-time with paid training, full benefits, and opportunities to advance within a nationwide network of foremen.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to walk, kneel, crawl and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to travel across west TN, east AR and north MS a few times per month.
• Strong communication in English (speaking, reading, and writing).

Responsibilities

• Lead a 3-person crew to install specialty repair products at customers’ homes.
• Ensure on-site safety and high-quality workmanship.
• Maintain clear customer communication to deliver a remarkable experience.
• Coordinate with dispatch and provide training and mentorship.

Role: Construction Foreman

You’ll lead a team of 3 that goes to customers’ homes to safely install high‑quality specialty repair products. You’ll communicate with the customer throughout the job and ensure they have a remarkable experience. But that’s not all. You’ll also be impacting homeowner’s lives by solving the most serious issues with their home. No specific construction experience is necessary; we’ll provide you with all the training and tools you need to expertly and confidently do your work.

Qualifications

• Preferably, a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Ability to walk, kneel and crawl with unrestricted lifting ability.
• Ability to travel across west TN, east AR and north MS a few times per month; all travel is planned out in advance.
• Good communication skills with ability to speak, read, and write in English.
