Job summary

SERVPRO in Monroe, LA seeks a General Laborer/Restoration Technician to respond to water and fire damage emergencies and perform cleanup, demolition, drying, and restoration work.

This full-time role offers Monday–Friday 8 AM to 5 PM with rotating after-hours on-call. Pay is $15–$18 per hour with an additional $50 per after-hours visit, and full benefits including paid training, PTO, health/dental/vision, 401(k) matching, and provided tools.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Comfortable with physical, hands-on work.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check.
• Construction/restoration/cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to water/fire damage emergencies.
• Perform cleanup, demolition, drying, and restoration work.
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and job documentation.
• Respond to after-hours calls when necessary.
