Job summary

SERVPRO of Monroe/West Monroe is seeking a General Laborer/Restoration Technician in Monroe, LA. This hands-on role involves responding to water and fire damage emergencies, performing cleanup, demolition, and restoration work, and maintaining tools and documentation.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 8 AM to 5 PM with rotating after-hours on-call. Compensation is $15–$18 per hour plus $50 for after-hours visits, with benefits including paid training, PTO, health/dental/vision, a 401(k) match, and

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Comfortable with physical, hands-on work.
• Valid driver's license.
• Can pass a background check according to industry standards and company policy.
• Construction, restoration, cleaning, or trade experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to water/fire damage emergencies.
• Perform cleanup, demolition, drying, and restoration work.
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and job documentation.
• Respond to after-hours calls when necessary.
