General Laborer & Maintenance Associate
Full Time Opportunity

We are working on behalf of a client in the Lansdale, PA area.

They take pride in every detail, on the production floor and beyond. For over 30 years, their family-owned company has crafted premium custom cabinetry, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment is a critical part of our success.

They are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Laborer & Maintenance Associate to help support both the Shop as well as the Office. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, is dependable, and enjoys creating a well-maintained environment for others. Candidates with previous facility maintenance experience are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do:
General Responsibilities:

• Assist with a variety of tasks in both the shop and office areas
• Maintain a flexible, team-oriented attitude and support wherever needed
• Perform duties with attention to cleanliness, safety, and efficiency

Shop Support & General Labor:

• Perform daily cleaning duties in the shop and office
• Sweep, vacuum, and maintain walkways, workstations, and break areas
• Assist with wood grinding, scrap collection, and disposal
• Operate chop saw and help with basic cutting tasks as needed
• Organize job materials and ensure proper placement and labeling
• Move materials, tools, and supplies between departments
• Wear required PPE and follow all safety procedures
• Assist with deliveries as requested

Maintenance Duties:

• Refill and restock supplies
• Help with small facility maintenance tasks as directed

Other Tasks:

• Assist in moving office furniture, tools, or equipment when needed
• Support special projects, seasonal cleanups, or facility improvements
• Perform any additional duties requested by shop or office leadership

Skills & Experience:

• Strong attention to detail to ensure that all areas of facility are clean
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment
• Ability to work under time constraints effectively
• Be detailed oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic hand tool skills
• Self-motivated - ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Hardworking and reliable
• Ability to understand Spanish is aplus
• Excellent verbal and written communication

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods
• Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment
