Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Demolition, mitigation, construction, and restoration of residential properties damaged by water and/or mold
• Work as part of a team to complete mitigation jobs promptly and professionally
• Ensure project completion within established timeframes and meet customer satisfaction
• Operate various construction and demolition tools, including specialized drying equipment
• Work in confined spaces such as crawlspaces and attics
• Follow directions from Crew Chiefs and adhere to safety guidelines
• Maintain punctuality and reliability

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to work overtime, some holidays, and flexible schedule
• Positive attitude and good listening skills
• Effective communication skills
• Background in plumbing, demolition, water/mold mitigation, or carpentry is a plus but not required
