• Willingness to accept direction and complete assigned tasks.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including: lifting, pushing and pulling, standing for extended periods, frequent walking, bending and reaching.

Responsibilities

• Sort, repair, and dispose of pallets as needed.
• Relabel cases and pallets to ensure accurate inventory identification.
• Restack cases and pallets according to operational requirements.
• Assist with warehouse, facility, and general labor tasks as assigned.
• Operate equipment safely and in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform additional labor-intensive duties to support daily operations.

Work Environment

This position requires working in a variety of conditions, including:

• Temperatures ranging from -10°F in refrigerated/freezer environments to outdoor seasonal heat conditions
• Warehouse, industrial, and outdoor work environments
• Elevated work areas and high places
• Confined spaces when operationally required

Candidates must be comfortable performing physical work in changing environmental conditions.
