Job Summary:

Do It Right Plumbers is hiring a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to support our plumbing and installation teams in the field. This role involves hands-on physical work like digging, job site prep, and helping protect customer property. We’re looking for someone with strong attention to detail, a clean driving record, and the ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist technicians and installers with physical labor tasks (e.g., digging, lifting, cleanup)
• Apply protective coverings in customer homes (e.g., painter’s tape, drop cloths, tarps)
• Cut discovery holes in drywall as directed by the technician
• Load and unload materials and tools
• Maintain clean, organized, and protected job sites
• Drive company vehicle to and from job sites (if required)
• Follow all company safety protocols and cleanliness standards

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Must speak and understand English
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Good driving record (DMV printout may be requested)
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Capable of performing physically demanding tasks (digging, lifting, kneeling)
• Previous experience in construction or general labor is a plus
• Must be punctual, reliable, and professional on customer property
