GENERAL LABORER – CA

• Support daily field operations, set up job sites, and assist in general labor tasks
• Pick-up and deliver parts and supplies locally
• Operate tools and equipment for dewatering, pit/tank/OWS cleaning, and more
• Move, load, and relocate materials and equipment
• Maintain cleanliness at job sites and company facilities
• Additional duties as assigned
• Travel may be required
• Pay is competitive and based on experience
• Ongoing training provided

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with mechanical and/or electrical equipment a plus
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Dependable and able to work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player with a customer-first attitude
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to work outside in varying environmental conditions
• Capable of walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting (20–100 lbs.), and maneuvering around machinery
• May be exposed to hazardous materials or equipment
• Ability to climb ladders (300 lb. weight limit)
• Long periods of driving may be required
