General Laborer Responsibilities

• Perform tasks such as grass cutting, weed trimming, snow removal (winter), property cleanup, trash removal from common areas and units, and assisting team members as needed.
• Ensure completion of work orders according to schedule and requested work.
• Assist Field Service Technicians and other employees, including demolition or general maintenance tasks.
• Prepare and clean specific areas of the job site, including debris removal and hazardous material handling.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license, dependable vehicle, and clean driving record
• Smartphone for completing work tickets
• Own basic hand tools
• Ability to follow directions and learn quickly
• Effective communication in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance, landscaping, construction, or related fields (2+ years preferred)

Work Environment & Physical Demands

• Work at rental properties, apartment complexes, warehouses, and occasionally in an office setting
• Exposure to weather conditions and physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing, and traversing properties
