Salary Range: $23.00 To $26.00 Hourly

E&S Services/Your Waterproofer, a Kurtz Bros. Company, is looking for a General Laborer-Crew Lead that can actively supervise and work on small construction projects. Site locations are typically new or old homes, housing developments, municipal parks, and commercial excavations sites.

Qualifications

• Proficient in operating a mini excavator/skid steer for grading & excavation
• Valid Drivers License
• Ability to drive with a trailer / CDL is a plus but not required
• Proficiency using a laser level for reading elevations on topographic plans a plus
• Proficient in reading site, plans, and blueprints
• Grading Skills
• Masonry / bricklaying experience a plus
• Waterproofing experience
• Punctual on a daily basis (7am start time)
• Willing to learn and trainable
• Willing to work in all weather conditions as needed
• Ability to follow directions
