Job summary

Hydro Extrusions in Portland, OR is hiring for a production role. You will work with a teammate to bundle aluminum profiles directly from lines, wrap per specs, and load/unload materials. Prioritize safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include basic English, basic math, and a High School diploma or GED. The role offers early hours (5am–1:30pm) with overtime as needed and a $1 shift premium. Equal opportunity employer.

Starting Rate of Pay: $19 per hour

Shift Available and Hours: (5am - 1:30pm) OT as Need

Shift Premium: $1.00/hour extra for shift differential

What you will be doing

• Builds, together with another Team Member (TM), bundles of aluminum profiles directly from productions lines.
• Wraps and band bundles according to customers' specifications
• Loads and unloads profiles at production lines
• Other duties assigned

What will make you successful?

Required Education/Experience:

• Must be able to understand and deliver basic commands in English
• Must have basic math skills, use a calculator and read a tape measure
• Must be able to work cohesively in a team environment
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

Preferred Skills/Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform repetitives movementsphysical task while standing for extended periods.
