About the Role

Voda Cleaning & Restoration is a growing local cleaning and restoration company serving residential and commercial clients. We are looking for a dependable General Laborer to assist our technicians on cleaning, mitigation, and restoration jobs. No prior restoration experience is required—we will train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians on water, fire, and mold mitigation jobs
• Perform general cleaning tasks (carpet cleaning, contents cleaning, post‑construction cleaning, etc.)
• Help set up and break down equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, vacuums, hoses, etc.)
• Perform light demolition and debris removal when required
• Load, unload, and organize tools and equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
• Provide professional, respectful service to customers
