This full-time role offers a flexible 30-hour schedule with on-call and overtime opportunities, a path for advancement, and company-paid certifications. You will work on water, fire, and mold mitigation tasks and help set up equipment.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to perform physical labor (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, bending).
• Comfortable working in residential and commercial environments.
• Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians on water, fire, and mold mitigation.
• Perform general cleaning tasks (carpet, contents, post-construction).
• Set up and break down equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, vacuums, hoses).
• Demonstrate safe, professional service to customers.
• Load/unload and organize tools and equipment.
