Voda Cleaning & Restoration in Boyertown, PA is seeking a dependable General Laborer to assist technicians on cleaning, mitigation, and restoration jobs. No prior restoration experience is required—we will train the right candidate.

This Full-Time (30 hours) position offers hands-on work, opportunities for advancement, and the chance to learn the restoration industry while serving residential and commercial clients.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual and strong work ethic.
• Ability to perform physical labor (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, bending).
• Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians on water, fire, and mold mitigation jobs
• Perform general cleaning tasks (carpet cleaning, contents cleaning, post-construction cleaning)
• Help set up and break down equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, vacuums, hoses)
• Perform light demolition and debris removal when required
• Load, unload, and organize tools and equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
• Provide professional, respectful service to customers
