We are hiring for the position of General Laborer - Bundler - 1st Shift at EMCOR Group, Inc. This role involves working alongside fabrication shop employees to offload, inspect, and prepare pipe for assembly, adhering to blueprints and sketches. The position is represented by the Plumbers and Pipefitters Local Union #219.

Job Details:

• Hours: Monday - Thursday, 7:00am - 3:30pm (subject to mandatory overtime)

Key Responsibilities:

• Offload pipe daily and transport to designated locations.
• Perform Quality Control procedures, including dye penetrant testing and inspection.
• Assemble/make-on couplings and fittings as per print/sketch.
• Review job sheets and technical instructions.
• Operate pneumatic tensioner and crimper.
• Input data into computer systems accurately.
• Utilize strong math skills regularly.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of related experience in warehouse or manufacturing settings.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills.
• Technical or trade school training is a plus.
• Tow motor experience is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task and be self-motivated.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
