Job summary

ProAmpac in Beaverton, Oregon is seeking a production worker for a Union facility. You will follow production orders to stack bundles on pallets, operate a vacuum lift to move bales, wrap bundles with gum tape, and assist with pallet handling across day, swing, and night shifts. Occasional Saturdays and overtime may be required.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and standing 8–12 hours per shift. Familiarity with basic hand tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
• Able to stand for 8–12 hours.
• Experience using basic hand tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow production orders to stack 10-50 pound bundles on pallets.
• Utilize vacuum lift to move heavier bales from the discharge conveyor to pallets.
• Wrap bundles using paper gum tape.
• Occasional use of manual pallet jack.
• Sorting and lifting pallets.
• Baling 3-5 machine lines per shift.
• General housekeeping duties.
• Other duties as assigned

Candidate Must Be Flexible to Work the Following Shifts:

• Must be able to work occasional Saturdays and overtime as needed
• Day Shift – 7:00am – 3:00pm
• Swing Shift – 3:00pm – 11:00pm
• Night Shift – 11:00pm – 7:00am
