Zusammenfassung

Radius Recycling is seeking a General Laborer I to join the production team in an outdoor auto salvage yard environment. You will help move and dismantle vehicles, harvest core materials, and ensure safe, efficient operations while complying with safety policies.

The role requires standing for long periods, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working weekends/holidays as needed. Training is provided, and benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and PTO from the first check.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to follow verbal and written safety messages and hazard communications.
• Ability to work required hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to work effectively in various outdoor weather conditions.

Aufgaben

• Work safely at all times and promote the Pick-n-Pull Safety Culture; wear PPE as required.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures and set a professional standard for the team.
• Safely remove fluids and materials per prescribed procedures.
• Position vehicles for safe customer access and restore workspace after vehicle sets.
• Dismantle engines and components and harvest materials per procedures.
• Operate equipment and assist in packing and shipping processes.
• Assist customers professionally and prepare shipments and logs as needed.
