Job summary

Nestlé USA is hiring for Production and Bakery General Laborers to join our 3rd shift team. The role involves operating departmental equipment to produce pizzas, perform housekeeping, and support bakery operations.

We offer a starting rate of pay of $22.52 per hour with a $1.50 per hour shift differential and 12 hour shifts. Comprehensive benefits after 30 days of employment. Team-based environment with opportunities for advancement within the first year.

Responsibilities

• Operate production, packaging and bakery equipment to produce pizzas and maintain cleanliness.

Position Summary:

Production and bakery laborers are entry level positions capable of operating departmental equipment necessary in production, packaging, and bakeries, producing quality pizzas, housekeeping, and other duties as assigned. There is opportunity for advancement in the first 12 months for machine operator level positions both as main roles and back up roles.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Must be able to work in a team-based environment
• Basic English communication skills, verbal and written
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently
