Job summary

G.A. Richards Group in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a shop assistant to support loading, unloading and material handling during the Sunday–Thursday night shift.

You will help move parts, deliver to designated areas, and assist with machine setup while maintaining clean workspaces and safety standards. The role requires physical endurance and adherence to shift timings; benefits accrue after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks as described in the job duties.
• Lift and move up to 35 pounds regularly.
• Must be able to work a night shift schedule as specified.

• Delivers parts or stock to designated work areas

Pay Scale: $16.00 - $18/hour

Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Summary: Assists in shop activities by performing the following duties.
