Job summary

State Heat Treating Company is hiring a shop assistant to support production activities. You will load/unload materials, deliver stock to designated areas, and assist with machine setup, with a focus on safety and accuracy.

The position pays $16.00–$18/hour with a Monday–Friday shift 3:00 PM–11:30 PM. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, and PTO after 90 days. Candidates must be able to stand, lift up to 35 pounds, and maintain a clean work area in a fast-paced shop.

• Cleans around work areas
