Aerotek is hiring a General Laborer for the 2nd shift in Fontana, CA. This contract-to-hire role focuses on quality inspections of door hardware produced by automated machinery, with counting, documentation, and visual checks to meet specifications.

You will use a tape measure and basic measuring tools, maintain accurate records, and follow production procedures while standing or sitting for long periods in a clean, safe, process-driven environment. Shift: 2:30 PM–11:00 PM, pay: $22/hour.

Job Description

This 2nd shift General Laborer role focuses on performing quality inspections on door hardware components produced by automated machinery. You accurately count and document parts, visually inspect them, and use basic measuring tools to ensure they meet quality standards.

• Visually inspect parts for defects, damage, or inconsistencies.
• Use a tape measure and other basic measuring tools to verify product dimensions.
• Accurately count parts and maintain clear, organized documentation of inspected items.
• Follow established production and inspection procedures to ensure consistent quality.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area to support safe and efficient operations.
• Sit or stand for extended periods while performing inspection and production tasks.
• Collaborate with production team members to identify and report quality issues.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
