Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a General Laborer for the 2nd shift in Fontana, CA. This contract-to-hire role focuses on quality inspections of door hardware produced by automated machinery, with counting, documentation, and visual checks to meet specifications.

You will use a tape measure and basic measuring tools, maintain accurate records, and follow production procedures while standing or sitting for long periods in a clean, safe, process-driven environment. Shift: 2:30 PM–11:00 PM, pay: $22/hour.

Qualifications

• Prior general labor or production experience.
• Able to use a tape measure accurately.
• Basic quality inspection skills including visual checks.
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods while performing repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections on door hardware pieces produced by machines.
• Visually inspect parts for defects or inconsistencies.
• Use a tape measure and basic tools to verify dimensions.
