Production Associate / Door Manufacturing Worker

• Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:30 pm – 11:00 PM

Job Summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking motivated and dependable Production Associates for a door manufacturing facility in Rocklin, CA. In this role, employees will support various manufacturing and warehouse operations involved in the production, assembly, inspection, packaging, and preparation of commercial and residential doors. Ideal candidates are safety‑conscious, detail‑oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast‑paced production environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate small and large production machinery used in the manufacturing of doors.
• Work on assembly lines building and assembling door components.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Machine and prepare doors for hardware installation.
• Perform material preparation, movement, and handling tasks.
• Stage, package, and prepare finished products for shipment and delivery.
• Assist with general warehouse and production duties as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial woodworking, including doors, millwork, cabinetry, or related trades.
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of building materials and construction products.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Experience using measuring tools such as tape measures, rulers, and other handheld instruments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing and warehouse environment.
