The role offers a 2‑month project with potential for long‑term extension. Safety PPE is required; prior manufacturing/warehouse experience is a plus.

Job Title: General Laborer - Hose Preparation Associate 1st Shift

Job Description

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented General Laborers to join our production team. In this role, employees will be responsible for preparing industrial data center cooling hoses for shipment and assembly. This position involves standing for the entire shift while performing repetitive production tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. 2 month project. However, could potentially be long term.

Responsibilities

• Cut 3-inch diameter data center hoses to specified lengths using designated cutting equipment.

• Operate sanding and finishing machines to smooth hose edges and surfaces.

• Clean the interior of hoses to remove debris and ensure quality standards are met.

• Install plugs and fittings into completed hose assemblies.

• Inspect products for quality and compliance with production specifications.

• Stack, organize, and palletize completed hoses for shipment or storage.

• Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times.

• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.

• Perform other general labor and production duties as assigned.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
