Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job.
• Perform visual inspection of paper bags for quality, specifically checking for defects ensuring they are properly folded, glued, and printed according to work order specifications.
• Stack finished bags.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all plant rules and safety regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Your Profile:

• High school diploma/GED.
• Must be dependable and able to work a rotating Midnight, Afternoon, and Day shift (MAD).
• Standing and walking up to 100% of the time.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. by hand frequently.
• Ability to use a tape measure and other hand tools.
• Must be physically and mentally active and alert.
• 0-2 years manufacturing experience; mechanical and industrial skills helpful.

Our Offer:

• $18.12 per hour to start plus shift differential for afternoon and midnight.
• Monday - Friday Schedule.
• Overtime Pay (+40 hours).
