Reworld is hiring a General Laborer in Winneconne, WI to handle, package and transport Hazardous and Non-Hazardous materials. The role includes operating cleaning and support tools, plus confined-space tasks in a safety-focused environment.

You will work with Project Managers and on-site customers, completing documentation and daily task execution while meeting OSHA and company policies. Overtime is possible at 1.5x rates, with competitive benefits and a strong safety culture.

Competenze

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Ability to pass a respirator fit test.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, including occasional overnight travel.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with sound judgment.

About the role

This position offers a competitive pay rate of $23 per hour, with opportunities for overtime at 1.5x your regular rate.

Location: 210 Tower Rd. Winneconne, WI 54986 The location is within a commutable distance of the Oshkosh and Appleton areas

The General Laborer is responsible for the clean-up and transportation of Hazardous and Non-Hazardous waste. General Laborer is expected to perform various tasks including but not limited to loading and unloading tanks and tankers with bulk liquids, complete inspection of equipment, hoses and connections as well as perform confined space entry. The General Laborer will operate a variety of equipment including but not limited to pressure washers, power tools, hand trucks, forklifts and other power tools in accordance with company policies and procedures as well as OSHA requirements, and all local, state and federal laws.

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills. Effectively work in a team setting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Minimum of 1 year experience, preferred.
• Possess 40 HR HAZWOP certification.

• Ability to lift/carry 50lbs
• Ability to work from heights and in confined spaces
• Ability to kneel, crawl, stoop, bend or twist for extended periods of time.
• Qualify to wear a full-face respirator
• Consistently work in various weather conditions
