Job summary

Augment in Cocoa, FL is seeking a General Laborer who will perform a variety of outdoor manual tasks under supervision to support daily operations.

You will handle material movement, basic equipment operation, and groundskeeping, with a focus on safety and teamwork. Weekly pay and full-time schedules accompany outdoor work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Job Summary

Performs a variety of physical labor tasks under direct supervision to support daily operations. Tasks may include moving materials, operating equipment, and assisting with grounds or site maintenance.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
• Loading and unloading vehicles.
• Digging, refilling holes, and similar site work.
• Groundskeeping (mowing, trimming, etc.).
• Assisting with basic equipment operation.
• Support other workers in an assisting capacity.
• Complete additional duties and tasks as assigned.

Education & Experience

• Required: High School Diploma or GED; 0-4 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred: Associate's Degree or equivalent experience; 0-4 years of relevant experience.

Work Environment

• Occasional use of motor coordination and finger dexterity (e.g., equipment operation).

• Occasional exposure to occupational risks (cuts, burns, chemicals, etc.).
• Occasional exposure to dirt, odors, noise, and weather extremes.
• Work is primarily performed in an outdoor/manual labor environment.
