Job summary

Augment is seeking a general laborer to support operations in a hands-on outdoor role. You will perform a variety of labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting and moving materials under supervision.

The position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliability. Prior labor or warehouse experience is helpful, with requirements to pass background and drug screens and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods in all weather conditions.

Job Summary

Performs a variety of physical labor tasks under direct supervision to support operations. Duties include loading, unloading, lifting, moving materials, and other general labor functions as assigned.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to carry out each essential duty satisfactorily. Other related duties may be assigned.

• Perform general manual labor, including:
  • Lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
  • Loading and unloading trucks or other vehicles.
  • Digging, refilling, and general site preparation tasks.
  • Assisting team members with various operational duties as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and instructions from supervisors.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
