Smith-Lawnscapes, LLC is seeking a Landscape and Hardscape apprentice to develop hands-on skills while contributing to high-quality project outcomes. You will join a dynamic team focused on safe, efficient work and community-oriented landscape projects.

The role emphasizes learning, effective communication, and reliability, with opportunities for advancement and training access. Valid driver's license required; prior experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and develop skills in landscape and hardscape work.
• Good communication with team members and supervisors.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities are required.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform demanding manual labor including lifting.
• Knowledge of landscape and hardscape materials and methods is helpful.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Prior landscape or hardscape experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of landscaping and hardscape sites.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
• Communicate project progress with team members and supervisors.
• Help manage time to meet project deadlines.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
