Overview

Duties

• Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, and planting to keep outdoor spaces healthy and attractive
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery including excavators and snow plows to perform various landscaping and construction activities
• Help with hardscape projects such as installing patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor features
• Conduct lawn care routines including aeration, fertilization, and weed control to promote lush growth
• Perform general site cleanup and maintenance to ensure safety and aesthetic quality across all project sites

Requirements

• Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment
• Experience or interest in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture is preferred
• Ability to operate small machinery such as excavators and snow plows is a plus
• Knowledge of tree care practices including trimming and pruning techniques
• Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety procedures diligently
• Good physical stamina for working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping, irrigation systems, hardscape installation, and general maintenance
