Qualifications

• Proven outdoor work experience with a strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices.
• Mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and power tools for safe operation and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of horticulture principles including plant identification, lawn care, tree care, and gardening techniques.
• Familiarity with irrigation systems management and pesticide application procedures.
• Ability to follow safety protocols diligently while operating equipment or working in potentially hazardous environments.
• Excellent physical stamina for lifting heavy materials, digging, bending, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to grounds upkeep and landscaping projects.
