As a valued SERVPRO Franchise employee, you will receive a competitive pay rate, with opportunities to learn and grow. This position pays between $16.00 and $21.00 per hour depending on experience. We also offer benefits such as medical, dental, life insurance, and a simple IRA plan after 90 days of employment.

Job Responsibilities

1. Perform services as assigned, following SERVPRO production guidelines.
2. Communicate with the crew chief to ensure all customer needs are met.
3. Support crew chief and other production personnel as needed.
4. Maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas.
5. Inventory and load the work vehicle with necessary equipment, products, and supplies.
6. Prepare rooms/areas for work activities and set up staging areas and equipment.
7. Leave job sites clean and orderly after work completion.
8. Follow safety and risk management guidelines at all times.

Qualifications

• Effective oral communication skills.
• Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred.
• High school diploma/GED is a plus but not required.
• IICRC certifications are a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check as required by law.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Capability to stand, walk, drive, climb ladders, and work at ceiling heights.
• Ability to work in tight spaces like crawl spaces.
• Repetitive pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying objects.
