Job summary

Ridge Corporation is seeking a dependable Fabrication Technician II to join our manufacturing team in Frazeysburg, OH. The role focuses on operating fabrication equipment, following procedures, and maintaining quality in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate should have basic mechanical aptitude and be able to read instructions, measure parts, and work with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals. Training is available for motivated individuals committed to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills preferred.
• Ability to read basic work instructions and perform basic math.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow work instructions, production schedules, and quality standards.
• Perform product quality inspections and verify specifications.
• Troubleshoot basic machine or process issues.
• Support safe operations including Lock Out/Tag Out procedures.
• Enter production information into ERP systems accurately.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas using 5S principles.
• Work collaboratively with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams.
• Meet or exceed daily production goals.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Title: Fabrication Technician II
Location:Frazeysburg, OH
Schedule:Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (OT Friday 6:00 AM- 2:30 PM)
Pay:Starting up to $19.25/hr

Job Summary:

Ridge Corporation is seeking dependable, team-oriented individuals to join our manufacturing team as Fabrication Machine Operators. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, operating equipment, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced production environment.

Operators work closely with production, quality, safety, and engineering teams to support daily manufacturing operations and help ensure products meet company and customer standards.

Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates with strong mechanical aptitude, good attendance, and a positive attitude.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to safely use basic hand and power tools
