Job description

Kotarides Property Management is seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as a General Laborer for our rapidly growing company. The General Laborer will assist in various needs for apartment communities, commercial properties, and new construction. These include landscaping installation, landscape maintenance, E & S work, residential/ small commercial drainage and much more.

Qualifications:

• Must have a desire to learn various trades and excel in the work to be performed.
• Experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to learn from supervisors and apply logical thinking to define and solve problems.
• Position requires ability to perform physical all day including heavy lifting.
• Must be available on weekends for staffing needs and emergencies (ex: snow removal).
• May be required to perform work onsite with jobs outside a landscape/construction scope of work.
• Out of state, overnight travel occasionally.
• Must be able to travel to any property on a day-to-day basis.
• Driver's License/ dependable transportation required
