Position Summary

The primary purpose of the Laborer position is to perform a wide variety of general labor tasks to reach project goals and as directed by the supervisor. Minorities/Females/Individuals with Disabilities/Veterans/Economically Disadvantaged Individuals are strongly encouraged to apply.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Perform physical labor activities including lifting, pulling, pushing, and carrying objects/materials.
• Perform tasks such as concrete cutting, joint taping/backer rodding, joint rehab, and crack sealing on highways, runways, and parking lots.
• Use or learn to use various hand and power tools.
• Follow safety standards according to company policies and OSHA.
• Be dependable, reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

Education/Certification(s)/License(s)

• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check, including MVR
