Job Title: General Laborer

Supervisor’s Title: Team Lead

Location: 2325 Jarco Dr, Holt, MI, 48842

Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

1. Operate production equipment following safety rules and procedures.
2. Maintain production flow and minimize downtime.
3. Use band saws, rip saws, baler, and plussing machine as required.
4. Build boxes using tape gun and staple gun.
5. Assist with inventory management at the end of the month.
6. Ensure area safety and housekeeping standards are met.
7. Participate in continuous process improvement to produce safe, quality products that meet specifications.
8. Perform basic math operations and understand measurements.
9. Follow instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form.
10. Perform other duties as necessary for business operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in a production environment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand for 10-12 hours.
• Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Reach, bend, kneel, and climb during tasks.
• Work in hot and cold environments.
• Wear PPE correctly throughout shifts.
• React quickly to hazards and alerts.
