We seek a motivated, self-efficient individual to join us as a General Laborer.

This position is for the Second Shift at our Cleves location, working Monday – Thursday from 5:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Manufacturing Supervisor, responsibilities include operating a brake press, drill, and cut-off saw, ensuring high-quality workmanship to meet productivity goals.

Job Duties

1. Receive instructions, prints, and work orders.
2. Read blueprints and welding specifications as needed.
3. Handle, measure, clean, and inspect materials and workpieces.
4. Set machine stops, change dies, and adjust components.
5. Operate press machines according to specifications.
6. Paint as instructed.
7. Plan the sequence of operations to achieve desired results.

Candidate Requirements

1. High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
2. Ability to use hand tools preferred.
3. Forklift experience preferred.
4. Ability to read and interpret routers, blueprints, and drawings preferred.
