Job summary

Sure-Dry LLC is seeking hands-on teammates to install foundation repair, waterproofing, sump pumps, and crawl space systems at customer homes across Wisconsin. You’ll work with an experienced crew, learn construction skills, and see the tangible results of your effort every day.

No prior experience required, just a willingness to learn and do quality work. Earn up to $23/hour with weekly bonuses, enjoy year-round, Monday–Friday work, paid hands-on training, and a path for growth.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to perform physical construction work.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally, 50 lbs. frequently, and 35 lbs. continuously.
• Dependable, hardworking, and ready to learn.
• Ability to successfully complete all required pre-employment screenings, including background check, motor vehicle record review, and drug screening (where permitted by law).
