Job summary

MDH Foundation Repair in Daphne, AL is seeking a Construction Laborer to support foundation repair projects and deliver high-quality work to our customers.

You will work in crawl spaces and under homes, lift up to 80 lbs, and represent MDH professionally with customers and teammates. Starting pay is $20–$24 per hour, with year-round work and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• A Humble Spirit, Hungry Drive, and People Smarts.
• 3+ years of experience in the construction industry is preferred.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to our office in Daphne, AL.
• Ability to pass random drug screenings and background check.

Responsibilities
